What is NADA?
The NADA Show is the world’s premier event for the automotive retail industry, hosted by the National Automobile Dealers Association. Held annually in the U.S., it brings together dealership owners, managers, manufacturers, and industry leaders from around the globe.

Who’s eligible?
The incentive program is open to top-performing CFAO Mobility team members in the following roles:
- Used Car Managers
- Dealer Principals
Each role has specific, performance-based KPIs. The top scorer in each category will earn a place on the trip to NADA 2026 in Las Vegas
How is performance measured?
Performance is measured over a 6-month period (May–October 2025) using clearly defined KPIs tailored to your role. These may include:
- Sales Volume Increase
- Aging Stock Management
- 1st & 2nd Gross Profit (GP)
- Lead Conversion Rate
Monthly leaderboards and quarterly check-ins will track your progress, with final winners announced at the CFAO Year-End Awards Gala.
